1. Scope & Access

The Delululu Minecraft Server is a private, community-based server primarily intended for friends and invited players. Access to the server is restricted and requires manual approval via a whitelist. We reserve the right to accept or decline access requests at our sole discretion.

2. Code of Conduct & Server Rules

By connecting to our Minecraft server or using our services, you agree to adhere to community rules:

• Fair Play: Using hacked clients, unauthorized mods, botting scripts, or exploiting bugs to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Respect: Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, toxicity, and excessive spam in chat channels will lead to immediate disciplinary action.
• Griefing & Theft: Modifying or destroying player structures and stealing items without mutual consent is forbidden unless explicitly stated for specific gameplay areas.

3. Administrative Discretion

Server administrators hold final authority. We reserve the right to warn, kick, or permanently ban any user violating these terms without prior notice. Access to the server and website is provided as a privilege, not an entitlement.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

Our server and website are provided free of charge on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for accidental loss of in-game items, world corruptions, server downtime, or loss of account progress.

5. Mojang / Microsoft Notice
