2. Server Log Files

When accessing our website, our web server automatically collects standard technical connection data:

• IP address of the connecting device
• Date, time, and timezone of the request
• Requested URL/resource and HTTP status code
• Browser type and version (User-Agent string)

This information is processed solely to ensure network stability, troubleshoot technical issues, and protect against cyberattacks (e.g., DDoS attempts).

3. User Accounts & Registration

User registration and login features are currently under development. When launched, collected account details (such as username, email address, and hashed passwords) will be stored securely and used exclusively for account administration. We will never sell or share this data with third parties.

4. Minecraft Server & BlueMap

Connecting to our Minecraft server at mymilkyway.ch transmits your Minecraft UUID, in-game username, and IP address to allow authentication and enforce server rules (e.g., bans or whitelists). If you are active on the server, your character's position and name may be publicly visible on the live BlueMap.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to any personal data stored about you, as well as the right to request correction or deletion, provided no legal retention obligations apply.
